1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Anchor & Merchant website and services. By accessing our website, submitting a funding application, or purchasing a Funding Blueprint, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Who We Are

Anchor & Merchant LLC ("Anchor & Merchant," "we," "us," or "our") is a business capital advisory and funding brokerage. Anchor & Merchant is not a bank, a lender, or a financial institution. We do not issue loans or extend credit directly. We help business owners understand their funding options and connect them with third-party lenders and funding platforms.

3. Our Services

Anchor & Merchant offers two primary services:

• Free Funding Application: a no-cost application that matches your business against a network of lenders and funding products. Submitting an application does not obligate you to accept any funding offer.
• Funding Blueprint: a paid, personalized capital analysis generated from the information you provide, detailed further in Section 4.

If you accept a funding offer through a lender matched via Anchor & Merchant, we may receive a commission from that lender. You are never charged directly by Anchor & Merchant for a funded deal.

4. The Funding Blueprint

The Funding Blueprint is a personalized, data-driven credit stacking strategy for personal or business credit. Here is how it works:

• You provide your credit information, including a credit report, as part of a short application. This process does not involve a credit pull.
• A preview of your Funding Blueprint — including your Funding Readiness Score and Credit Grade — is generated instantly, at no cost.
• You may unlock the complete Funding Blueprint — including the full bureau-by-bureau sequencing strategy, specific card recommendations, and action plan — for a one-time fee, currently $199.

The Funding Blueprint is an informational and strategic resource only. It does not constitute a loan offer, a guarantee of approval, financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice.

5. Payment & Refunds

Payment for the Funding Blueprint is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By unlocking your Funding Blueprint, you authorize this one-time charge.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of purchase at the email listed in Section 15, and we will review the issue in good faith.

6. No Guarantee of Funding

Anchor & Merchant does not guarantee that you will be approved for any funding product, nor do we guarantee specific loan terms, interest rates, factor rates, or funding amounts. All funding decisions are made solely by the third-party lender, based on their own underwriting criteria. The Funding Blueprint reflects an analysis of likely options based on the information you provide; it is not a binding offer from any lender.

7. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. The Free Funding Application is intended for business owners seeking funding for legitimate business purposes. The Funding Blueprint is available to individuals seeking either personal or business credit stacking strategies. By using our services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, and, where applicable, that you have the authority to apply for funding on behalf of your business.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services.
• Not use our services for any fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading purpose.
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.

9. Third-Party Lenders & Partners

Anchor & Merchant works with a network of third-party lenders and funding platforms to evaluate and match funding opportunities. We are not responsible for the actions, terms, decisions, or representations of any third-party lender. Any agreement you enter into with a lender is solely between you and that lender, governed by that lender's own terms and conditions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Anchor & Merchant website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Funding Blueprint format, is the property of Anchor & Merchant LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchor & Merchant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or reliance on the Funding Blueprint or any funding recommendation. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Anchor & Merchant in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed informally by contacting us directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state in which Anchor & Merchant LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
